Replacing the processor board

1. Disconnect mains voltage
2. Undo the 4 cover screws and open the housing
3. Unplug the connecting lead to the base board and keyboard
4. Undo the processor board fastening screws
5. Remove the board
6. Insert new board
7. Replace and tighten the processor board fastening screws
8. Close the housing
9. Re-connect power supply
10. Perform configuration, parameter assignment and calibration steps

Replacing the base board

1. Disconnect mains voltage
2. Undo the 4 cover screws and open the housing
3. Remove the measuring module (see section 10.3)
4. Unplug the connecting lead to the processor board
5. Undo the base board fastening screws
6. Remove the board
7. Insert new board
8. Replace and tighten the base board fastening screws
9. Insert measuring module (see section 10.3)
10. Re-plug connection cable to the processor board
11. Close the housing
12. Re-connect power supply
13. Perform configuration, parameter assignment and calibration steps
