BTWIN自行車部分零組件終生保固
A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SOME SPARE PARTS OF BTWIN BICYCLE
BTWIN為充分的滿足客戶之需求，持續致力於確保自行車的品質。
Whereas, BTWIN has been committed to ensure the quality of its bicycles so as to get complete customer
satisfaction;
因此，自2013年9月10日起 BTWIN將就下列自行車零組件提供客戶終生保固服務：自行車配備的車架、硬
叉（指沒有任何避震的前叉）、車把和龍頭（以上享有終生保固服務的自行車零組件均不包括碳纖維材質
者）（以下稱「終生保固」）。
Now, therefore, BTWIN proposes a lifetime warranty service regarding to the following spare parts from10th,
September, 2013 to customers: Frame, hard fork (the fork without any suspension), handlebar and bicycle stem
本終生保固服務自購買BTWIN行車之日（即發票等購買憑證開立之日）起生效。The lifetime warranty service
shall enter into force from the date of purchasing BTWIN bicycle (the issuing date of the proof of purchase such
as invoice).
客戶需持「迪卡儂」會員卡購買BTWIN自行車，並在結帳時依要求填寫自行車保固卡，以享有終生保固服
務。 For the access of the lifetime warranty service, our customers shall hold the "Decathlon" membership card to
when settling the account.
對於購買享有終生保固服務自行車之客戶，BTWIN 於維修時得提供與原車不同型號、款式和顔色但性能相
同的車架、硬叉、車把或龍頭進行替換。客戶可在任何一家台灣境內的迪卡儂實體零售門市享有終生保
固服務，迪卡儂實體零售門市的自行車修理部門將視具體情况在合理的時間內完成維修工作。When our
customer who purchased the bicycle enjoys the lifetime warranty, BTWIN may provide frame, hard fork, handlebar
bicycle but with the same functions for replace.
Our customer can enjoy our lifetime warranty service in any Decathlon physical retailing store in Taiwan, and the
bicycle repair department of Decathlon physical store will complete the repair work within reasonable time as the
case may be.
如有下列任一情事，將不得享有終生保固服務：因客戶使用、維護或保管不當造成的毀損；非由迪卡儂門
市的自行車修理部門拆動造成的毀損；無自行車保固卡及有效購買憑證者；自行車保固卡所載自行車型號
與送修自行車型號不符或自行車保固卡遭塗改者；因不可抗力因素造成的毀損。
Customers shall not be entitled to enjoy lifetime warranty service under the following circumstances: Any damage
due to the improper use, maintenance, and storage of the customer; any damage
not caused by the disassemble or remove by the Decathlon bicycle repair department; the bicycle without bicycle
between the model on the bicycle quality warranty card and that of the bicycle to be repaired, or the bicycle with
an altered bicycle quality warranty card; any damage due to force majeure.
BTWIN有權採取合理及必要的措施以確認客戶的自行車是否滿足終生保固的所有條件。
BTWIN shall have the right to verify whether the bicycle of the customer meet all the conditions of the lifetime
quality warranty, and take reasonable and necessary measures to examine.
