A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SOME SPARE PARTS OF BTWIN BICYCLE
鉴于，BTWIN品牌一直致力于确保自行车的质量，旨在令客户完全满意。
Whereas, BTWIN has been committed to ensure the quality of its bicycles so as to get complete customer satisfaction;
因此，自2013年9月10日起，BTWIN向此日期之后购买BTWIN自行车的客户推出下列自行车零部件的终生质保服
务： 自行车配备的车架、硬叉（指没有任何避震的前叉）、把横和把立（以上享受终生质保服务的自行车零部
件均不包括碳纤维材质）（"终生质保"）。
Now, therefore, BTWIN proposes a lifetime warranty service regarding to the following spare parts after the purchase
after 10th September 2013 to customers: Frame, hard fork (the fork without any suspension), handlebar and bicycle
本终生质保服务始于BTWIN自行车购买之日(发票等购买凭证开具之日)。
The lifetime warranty service shall enter into force from the date of purchasing BTWIN bicycle (the issuing date of the
proof of purchase such as invoice).
为享受终生质保服务，客户需持"迪卡侬"会员卡购买BTWIN自行车，并在结账时按要求填写自行车质量保证
卡。
For the access of the lifetime warranty service, our customers shall hold the "Decathlon" membership card to purchase
客户购买自行车，在享受终生质保时，BTWIN有可能提供与原车不同型号、款式和颜色但性能相同的车架、硬
叉、把横或把立进行替换。客户可在任何一家中国境内的迪卡侬零售实体门店享受终生质保服务，迪卡侬实体门
店的自行车修理部门将视具体情况在合理的时间内完成维修工作。
When our customer who purchased the bicycle enjoys the lifetime warranty, BTWIN may provide frame, hard fork,
replace. Our customer can enjoy our lifetime warranty service in any Decathlon physical retailing store in China, and the
bicycle repair department of Decathlon physical store will complete the repair work within reasonable time as the case
may be.
属下列情况之一的不享受终生质保服务：客户因使用、维护、保管不当造成损坏的；非由迪卡侬店的自行车修理
部门拆动造成损坏的；无自行车质量保证卡及有效购买凭证的；自行车质量保证卡载明的自行车型号与修理自行
车型号不相符或自行车质量保证卡被涂改的；因不可抗拒力造成损坏的。
Customers shall not be entitled to enjoy lifetime warranty service under the following circumstances: Any damage due
to the improper use, maintenance, and storage of the customer; any damage not caused by the disassemble or remove
purchase; the bicycle with discrepancies between the model on the bicycle quality warranty card and that of the bicycle
to be repaired, or the bicycle with an altered bicycle quality warranty card; any damage due to force majeure.
BTWIN有权核实客户要求享受的自行车是否满足终生质保的所有条件，及采取所有适当的必要措施进行检查。
BTWIN shall have the right to verify whether the bicycle of the customer meet all the conditions of the lifetime quality
warranty, and take reasonable and necessary measures to examine.
