the servo leads to reach the receiver. Secure the leads inside
the fuselage, then replace the cover.
125. Secure the radio cover to the bottom of the fuselage using
two M4 x 12 socket head cap screws and two M4 washers.
Use a drop of canopy glue on the threads to prevent the
screws from vibrating loose.

FUEL TANK INSTALLATION

126. Prepare the stopper assembly by placing small amounts of
solder on the end of the tubes shown. This will help keep the
fuel lines secure when installed.
 Use hemostats to act as a heat-sink to
avoid melting the rubber stopper.
127. Use a tubing bender to bend the vent line.
128. Secure the tubing to the clunk and stopper using the keepers
included with the fuel tank. This will keep the tubing from
sliding loose inside the tank. Make sure to use the clunk
supplied with your engine.
 We recommend using a filtered clunk to help
prevent debris from entering the engine.
 A second clunk can be installed to provide
a line to fuel/defuel your aircraft.
129. Insert the stopper into the tank with the vent angled toward
the top of the tank.
 Check that both clunks (if a second clunk has been
installed) can move freely inside the tank. If not, adjust
the tubing from outside the tank so they can move
freely to ensure consistent fuel flow to the engine.
130. Secure the stopper by sliding the aluminum ring over the
stopper.
