Detergents:

22.2 General information

• The surfaces to be cleaned and the detergents and water used for cleaning must not exceed a
maximum temperature of 30°C.
• Accurately dry with a soft cloth
DANGER! Coolant gas, high pressures. Explosion. Asphyxia, alteration of cardiac pace,
frostbite, anaesthetic effects.
DO NOT damage the coolant circuit.
CAUTION!
Fragile surfaces, glass. Dents, scratches, corrosion, wounds, broken glass
DO NOT direct the jet of water or other detergents directly on to the surfaces to be cleaned.
This can harm the operator, contaminate the goods, the parts already cleaned and the envi-
ronment.
DO NOT apply the detergents directly onto the surfaces to be cleaned
DO NOT use steam cleaning equipment
Do NOT use excessive force
CAUTION!
Floor products. Vapours. Corrosion. Breathing difficulty.
avoid contact, inhalation.

22.3 Cleaning of the outer parts (Daily / Weekly)

Clean all external parts of the cabinet every week. See "General instructions" 22.2.

22.4 Clean the internal parts (Monthly)

Refer to chapters 22.1 and 22.2follow the steps given:

remove all goods from the cabinet

remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grid trays, etc.

wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C)

disinfect using an antibacterial detergent
carefully clean the bottom tank, the drip, and the grid that protects the water drain, elimi-

nating all foreign bodies that have fallen through the suction grid lifting, if necessary, the
sheet of the fans

carefully dry using a soft cloth

22.5 Clean the capacitor (Fig. 16)

Clean the capacitor every 30 days to remove dust.
Clean with brushes with rigid bristles (non metallic) or use a vacuum cleaner.

- abrasive sponges, scourers, sharp tools
- detergents or similar products to clean the parts in methacrylate (Plexiglas)
- in powder
- with granules
- either acidic or alkaline (bleach, ammonia)
- concentrates
- of unknown chemical composition
- aggressive solvents (acetic acid, citric acid etc.)
