FAVORITE PROGRAMS

In flash photography there are recurrent standard
situations (e.g. birthday parties in your own living
room etc.). This flash unit gives you the opportunity to
save your settings for such standard situations as
favorite programs. Flash unit parameters that have
been made once can be set again quickly.
The flash unit has 4 memory spaces for settings made
on the flash unit.

FLASH TECHNIQUES

INDIRECT FLASH

With indirect flash, the subject is lit up more softly,
reducing marked shadow formation. In addition, the
physical decrease in light from the foreground to the
background is reduced.
For indirect flash, the reflector head
can be pivoted horizontally and vertically.

Notes:
• The reflector is locked only in the normal position.
• To avoid color cast, the reflective surface should be
neutral in color or white.
• When pivoting the reflector, make sure that the
pivoting angle is big enough to ensure that no
direct light can fall from the reflector onto the
subject. Therefore pivot by at least 60° from the
resting position.
• When the reflector head is pivoted, the reflector is
moved to a position of 70mm so that no direct
scattered light can also light up the subject. The
reflector range and position are not displayed.
