  • Page 5 KAPITEL 2 – ZWECKE / ABSICHTEN Die Firma „columbus“ freut sich, Sie zu den Besitzern einer Kehrmaschine der Serie AKS 88|VDM 180 zählen zu können. Wenn Sie sich an die folgenden Anweisungen halten, werden Sie die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von AKS 88|VDM 180 voll zu schätzen wissen.
  • Page 6 Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 88|VDM 180 KAPITEL 3 – VORBEREITUNG (AUSPACKEN) Nach Entfernen der äußeren Verpackung muss die Maschine von der Palette entfernt werden. Dies kann auf zwei unterschiedliche Weisen erfolgen: 1) Einen Haken mit 3 Zugbereichen bereitstellen, deren Traglast für das Gewicht der Maschine (Auf dem Typenschild angegeben) geeignet ist. Motorhaube bis zum Endanschlag der Gasfeder hochklappen und die Schraube, die als Endschalter dient, aufschrauben (um die Gasfeder aus der Maschine nehmen zu können).

    Kehrsaugmaschine AKS 88|VDM 180 KAPITEL 5 – ZULÄSSIGE UND UNZULÄSSIGE BETRIEBSBEDINGUNGEN ZULÄSSIGE BETRIEBSBEDINGUNGEN: Die Kehrmaschinen der Serie AKS 88|VDM 180 sind bestimmt zum Kehren von Bearbeitungsrückständen, Staub, Schmutz im Allgemeinen, auf allen Ebenen: harten, zusammenhängenden Bodenflächen wie zum Beispiel Beton, Asphalt, Steinzeug, Keramik, Holz, Blech, Marmor, Bodenbelägen aus Gummi oder Kunststoff im Allgemeinen, genoppt oder glatt, synthetische oder kurzfaserige Teppichböden, in belüfteten Räumen.

Die Maschine darf keinesfalls mit beschädigten oder fehlenden Schutzvorrichtungen oder mit Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, die nicht intakt und absolut funktionsfähig sind, verwendet werden.

    CHAPTER 3 - PREPARATION (UNPACKING) Once the external packaging has been removed, take the machine off of its pallet; this operation can be carried out in two ways: 1) Use a hook with 3 straps of suitable capacity for the weight of the machine (indicated on the CE plate). Lift the engine hood until the gas spring stops and undo the screw that acts as an end run (to free the machine from the encumbrance of the gas spring).

    FORBIDDEN OPERATING CONDITIONS The AKS 88|VDM 180 series sweepers cannot be used on slopes exceeding 16 %. They cannot be used in settings where there are explosive or flammable materials. They cannot be used on dirt, gravel or very rough roads. They cannot be used to collect oils, poisons and chemical materials in general, (if the machine is required for use in chemical companies it will require a specific authorisation issued by the dealer or the parent company).

Sollevare il cofano motore fino a fine corsa della molla a gas e svitare la vite che funge da finecorsa (per liberare la macchina dall’ingombro della molla a gas).
