II.4.2.1 Handling instructions
DANGER!
The centre of gravity is not at the centre of the unit
and could cause sudden, hazardous movements.
Movement of the unit should be performed with
care, in order to avoid damage to the external
structure and to the internal mechanical and
electrical components. Also make sure that there
are no obstacles or people blocking the route, to
avoid the danger of collision, crushing or the lifting-
gear overturning.

II.4.3 STORAGE CONDITIONS
The units cannot be stacked. The temperature limits for storage are -
9°÷45°C.
II.5 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER!
Installation must only be carried out by skilled
technicians, qualified to work on air conditioning
and cooling systems. Incorrect installation could
cause the unit to run badly, with a consequent
noticeable deterioration in performance.
DANGER!
The unit must be installed according to national or
local rules in force at the time of installation. The
documentation for accessories supplied loose
included with each kit.
DANGER!
The machine is designed for indoor installation.
Segregate the unit if installed in areas accessible to
persons under 14 years of age.
DANGER!
Some internal parts of the unit may cause cuts. Use
suitable personal protection gear.
DANGER!
When the outdoor temperature is around zero, the
water normally produced during the defrosting of
the coils could form ice and make the flooring near
the installation area slippery.
If the unit is not fixed to anti-vibration supports (KSA), once it has been
set on the ground, it must be solidly bolted down to the floor using M6
metric threaded bolts. Slots are provided in the base for this purpose.
