5.2 Interrupting a mixing process
The capsule must not be used if the mixing process has been interrupted!
Dispose of it!
The mixing process is interrupted and a warning signal sounds if the equipment cover is opened�
Closing the equipment cover does not restart the mixing process�
An incorrect mixing time or interruption of the mixing process impairs the material characteristics of the
filling material.
Perform a new mixing process with a new capsule as described in section 5�1�
If the power supply is interrupted for longer than 2 seconds the mixing process is interrupted,
without this being recognized or signaled.

Cleaning / Maintenance

The equipment does not contain any internal parts that require maintenance or that can be re-
paired!
Opening the equipment is not permitted!
6.1 Cleaning
Only wipe the housing with a damp cloth�
In addition to wiping with a moist cloth, the following cleaning agents are approved:
• CaviWipes
• Isopropyl alcohol
• Bleach – Clorox Disinfecting Wipes
• InstruPlus
• Dürr FD 370 cleaner
• Incidin liquid
• CaviCide
• CaviCide1
Ensure adequate ventilation after using these agents to prevent an explosion-prone area�
6.2 Replacing the equipment cover
A faulty equipment cover can be replaced�
You can find the spare parts item number on the spare parts list online at www.renfert.com/p918�
Enter the following item number: 27 7000 0000�
Mounting instructions are included with the spare parts and must be observed!

Cause
• Equipment cover is not complete-
ly closed�
• The mixing process has been in-
terrupted before the completion of
the mixing time, e�g� by opening
the equipment cover�
• The equipment has been placed
on an aluminum surface� This dis-
rupts the switching off function.

Process
• After the activated capsule has been insert-
ed, first close the equipment cover com-
pletely and then start the mixing process�
• Do not interrupt the mixing process� Only
open the equipment cover once the mixing
process has ended and the capsule holder
stops moving�
• Select a different set up surface and check
the equipment cover's switching off func-
tion�
