Tighten the top nut by hand up to get a slight compression on the rubber
washer.
Serrer l'écrou supérieur à la main jusqu'à compresser légèrement le joint
torique. Le support de table ne doit plus bouger.
The top nut is to the same level as top of bottom brash
Le haut de l'écrou est au même niveau que le haut de la vis laiton
Put back the pulley on the Z lead screw, align the extremity of the lead
screw to the flat surface of the pulley than tighten it.
Replacer la poulie sur l'axe de la vis sans fin, aligner l'extrémité de la vis
avec la partie plate de la poulie puis serrer.
Put back the belt around pulleys.
Replacer la courroie autour des poulies
To tighten the belt, press vertically on the belt tensioner and tighten the screw.
Pour tender la courroie, exercer une pression verticale sur le tendeur, puis
serrer la vis de maintien.
After tightenen the belt tensioner, check the tension of the belt by pressing
on it. To be correct, there is a small gap. About 1.5 cm or 2 cm. Too much
tighten, there is a risk of locking of the table.
Après serrage du tendeur, vérifier la tension en exerçant une pression sur
la courroie. Pour être correcte, il existe un jeu d'environ 1,5 cm ou 2cm.
Trop serrée, il y a risque de blocage de la table.
