01 01 MOTOR OVER TEMPS –
This error message appears on the LCD display during the engraving, or just after switching
ON the machine during the loading firmware.
Ce message d'erreur apparaît à l'écran LCD lors de la gravure, ou, juste après la mise sous
tension de la machine pendant le chargement du firmware
What could be the reason - How to diagnose

POWER BOARD –

o When this message appear, and the red LED on the power
board is ON
o Switch OFF the machine and disconnect the stepper motor
connector from the power board.
o Switch ON the machine.
o If the red LED still ON = the power board is faulty.
o If the red LED ins OFF = the problem is coming from one of
the stepper motors
Quand ce message apparaît, et la LED rouge sur la carte

PUI est allumée.
Mettre la machine hors tension, puis déconnecter le
o
connecteur d'alimentation moteur de la carte PUI
Mettre à nouveau la machine sous tension
o
Si la LED rouge est toujours allumée, la carte PUI est
o
défectueuse.
Si la LED rouge est éteinte, la carte PUI est OK, le
o
problème provient d'un moteur de pas à pas.
X Y Z STEPPER MOTORS –
If the red LED is OFF when the stepper motor connector is disconnected from the
power board (as explained before)
Si la LED est éteinte lorsque le connecteur de moteurs pas à pas est déconnecté de la
carte PUI (comme expliqué ci-dessus)
Disconnect the X stepper motor from the machine wiring loom, then witch ON the machine
o
If the red LED on the power is OFF = the stepper motor in faulty.
o
If the red LED still ON = the problem is coming from another stepper motor.
o
Follow the same procedure as before with the motor Y then wit motor Z if necessary.
o
Déconnecter le moteur X du faisceau de la machine, puis mettre la machine sous tension.
o
Si la LED rouge est éteinte = le moteur pas à pas X est défectueux.
