CONNECTION DEFAULT–
LASER TUBE POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR
CONNECTEUR D'ALIMENTATION LASER
The laser tube is connected to its power supply with a big white connector,
o
2 red and black wires. Pull on each wire hardly to check if they are
correctly pinched in the connector. If necessary, disconnect the connector,
then with a 2mm hexagonal key you can unscrew and retighten the pin to
pinch perfectly each wire.
La source laser est connectée à son alimentation à l'aide d'un gros
o
connecteur blanc, fil rouge et noir, Tirer fortement sur chaque fil afin de
contrôler s'ils sont correctement pincés dans le connecteur. Si besoin, à
l'aide d'une clé hexagonale de 2 mm vous pouvez desserrer, puis
resserrer chaque contact pour chaque fil.
LASER TUBE DATA CORD DEFAULT -
o On 30 & 40W laser tube (Synrad) , there is a data cable between the laser tube and the
laser control board. Laser tube side it is 9 pins DIN connector, interface board side, it is a
rectangular connecter. Check connection each side.
Sur les 30 et 40W (Synrad) il y a un câble de commande qui relie la source laser à la
o
carte contrôle laser. Côté source laser, il y a un connecteur Sub-D 9 points, et coté
interface, il y a un connecteur rectangulaire noire. Contrôler la bonne connexion de ce
câble de chaque coté.
o On 35-55-60-70W laser tube, There is a data cable between the laser tube
and the interface control board. Laser tube side it is a RJ45 connector,
interface board side, it is a white rectangular connecter. Check each fixing
wires on this white connector, a wire can be pinched but not in contact with
the pin connector.
Sur les sources 35-55-60-70w, il y a un câble entre la source laser et la carte
o
interface laser. Coté source laser, il y a un RJ45, coté interface, c'est un
connecteur blanc. Vérifier chaque contact sur ce connecteur blanc, a fil peut
être pincé ou pas connecté sur le contact..

If you can move the contact like on the
picture, retighten it.
Si vous pouvez bouger la cosse comme
sur la photo, resserrez-là.
