4.9 Mounting Linear Bushing
Guideways with Linear
Bushings or with Tandem
Flanged Linear Sets
Part numbers: R0741, R1000,
R1001, R1056, R1083
• Check that the holes in the machine
table (1) have been rounded or cham-
fered (2).
• Push the Linear Sets into the
machine table and screw down.
• Insert the shafts, taking care not to tilt
them.

• Vérifier que les alésages du plateau
de la machine sont arrondis (1) ou
chanfreinés (2).
• Introduire les Linear-Sets dans le
plateau de la machine et les y fixer.
• Introduire les arbres sans les bloquer.

• Controllare se i fori nella tavola della
slitta (1) sono smussati o arrotondati
(2).
• Inserire i Linear-Sets nella tavola della
slitta ed avvitare serrando.
• Inserire gli alberi facendo attenzione
a non inclinarli.
