3.4 Mounting open Super
Linear Bushings a + b
in housings
Part numbers: R0671, R0673
Mounting with grooved taper pin
• Chamfer (2) or round off (3) the hous-
ing bore (1).
• Clean the housing.
F From shaft diameter 25 and up,
the linear bushings have two retention
holes. The preferred retention hole is
marked with a star y.
F There are grooved taper pins (4)
of different lengths for the preferred
retention hole.
F The grooved taper pins can be
ordered. Please always state the
appropriate part number.
F In linear bushings for shaft diameter
50 the alternative, unmarked retention
hole has a diameter of only 4.5 mm!
• Drill a hole with fit H11 in the housing
to accommodate the grooved taper
pin.
• Hammer the grooved taper pin into
the housing. The pin must project on
the inside of the housing by the same
length as the depth of the retention
hole in the linear bushing.

Do not knock the linear bushings
into place with a hammer!
• Squeeze the Super Linear Bushing so
that it can be inserted into the hous-
ing without contacting the grooved
taper pin.
• Align the Super Linear Bushing with
the grooved taper pin (5).
• Release the Super Linear Bushing
and allow the grooved taper pin to
snap into the retention hole.
• If separate seals have been ordered,
align them and press them in.
• If necessary, install further retention
elements.
3.4 Montage des douilles à
billes Super a + b ouvertes
dans les paliers

Montage avec goupilles cannelées
• Chanfreiner (2) ou arrondir (3) l'alé-
sage du palier (1).
• Nettoyer le palier.
F Les douilles à billes ont un trou de
fixation, elles en ont deux à partir d'un
diamètre d'arbre de 25 mm. Le trou de
fixation préféré est symbolisé par une
étoile y.
F Il existe des goupilles cannelées (4)
de différentes longueurs pour le trou de
fixation préféré.
F Les goupilles cannelées peuvent
être commandées en indiquant leurs
références.
F Le diamètre du trou de fixation
non symbolisé des douilles à billes
pour le diamètre d'arbre de 50 mm
est de 4,5 mm !
• Réaliser le trou de réception pour
la goupille cannelée avec une tolé-
rance de H11.
• Introduire la goupille cannelée dans
le palier en frappant dessus. La gou-
pille doit dépasser à l'intérieur du pa-
lier de la valeur de la profondeur du
trou de fixation de la douille à billes.

Ne pas introduire les douilles
à billes en frappant dessus avec un
marteau !
• Serrer la douille à billes Super jusqu'à
ce qu'elle puisse être introduite dans
le palier en passant par dessus la
goupille cannelée.
• Aligner la douille à billes Super par
rapport à la goupille cannelée (5).
• Relâcher la douille à billes Super et
laisser la goupille cannelée s'encli-
queter dans le trou de fixation.
• Aligner et introduire les éventuels
racleurs en appuyant dessus.
• Le cas échéant, utiliser d'autres
fixations.

3.4 Montare i manicotti a sfere
Super a + b aperti nel
supporto

Montaggio con spina conica intagliata
• Smussare (2) o arrotondare (3) l'im-
boccatura del foro nel supporto (1).
• Pulire il supporto.
F I manicotti a sfere hanno un foro
di fissaggio, a partire da alberi con un
diametro di 25 ne hanno due. Il foro di
fissaggio da preferire è contrassegnato
con una stella y.
F Per il foro di fissaggio da preferire
esistono spine coniche a intagli (4) di
differente lunghezza.
F Le spine coniche a intagli possono
essere ordinate indicando il loro numero
identificativo.
F Per manicotti a sfere per alberi con
diametro 50 il foro di fissaggio alternati-
vo, non contrassegnato, ha un diametro
di soli 4,5 mm!
• Realizzare nel supporto un foro di
alloggiamento della spina conica a
intagli con accoppiamento H11.
• Inserire la spina conica a intagli nel
supporto. La spina conica a intagli
deve sporgere all'interno del suppor-
to tanto quanto è profondo il foro di
fissaggio nel manicotto a sfere.

Non inserire i manicotti a sfere
battendo col martello!
• Comprimere il manicotto a sfere
Super ovalizzandolo tanto da poterlo
infilare nel supporto facendolo passa-
re davanti alla spina conica a intagli.
• Allineare il manicotto a sfere Super
con la spina conica a intagli (5).
• Il posizionamento corretto si avrà
quando la spina entrerà nel foro di
fissaggio del manicotto.
• Se disponibili, allineare ed inserire
premendo anelli di tenuta separati.
• Se necessario, apportare altri ele-
menti di fissaggio.
