Mounting closed Super
Linear Bushings H in
housings
Part number: R0730
• Chamfer (2) or round off (3) the hous-
ing bore (1).
• Clean the housing.
F Closed Super Linear Bushings H
have an off-center retention hole (4).
Relative to the centerline (5) the reten-
tion hole (4) is located a certain dis-
tance toward a depression (6) in the
plastic cage.

Do not knock the linear bushings
into place with a hammer!
• Insert linear bushing in the housing
by hand.
• Align the retention hole with the
tapped hole in the housing (7).
c
Use only Rexroth locating screws
(8)!
F Locating screws can be ordered.
When doing so, please always state the
part number.
• Insert locating screw (8) and tighten
to tightening torque M
.
A
• If separate seals have been ordered,
align them and press them in.
• If necessary, install further retention
elements.

Montage des douilles à
billes Super H fermées
dans les paliers
Référence : R0730
• Chanfreiner (2) ou arrondir (3) l'alé-
sage du palier (1).
• Nettoyer le palier.
F Les douilles à billes Super H fer-
mées sont munies d'un trou de fixation
excentré (4). Ce trou (4) est excentré
par rapport à l'axe (5) vers un évidement
(6) dans la cage en plastique.

Ne pas introduire les douilles
à billes en frappant dessus avec un
marteau !
• Introduire les douilles à billes dans
le palier à la main.
• Faire concorder le trou de fixation
et le trou dans le palier (7).

N'utiliser que des vis de centrage
Rexroth (8) !
F Les vis de centrage peuvent être
commandées en indiquant leurs réfé-
rences.
• Introduire la vis de centrage (8)
à la main et la serrer au couple de
serrage M
.
A
• Aligner et introduire les éventuels
racleurs en appuyant dessus.
• Le cas échéant, utiliser d'autres
fixations.

Montare i manicotti a
sfere Super H chiusi
nel supporto
Numero identificativo: R0730
• Smussare (2) o arrotondare (3) l'im-
boccatura del foro nel supporto (1).
• Pulire il supporto.
F I manicotti a sfere Super H chiusi
hanno un foro di fissaggio (4) che si
trova non centrato. Il foro di fissaggio (4)
è spostato dalla linea centrale (5) verso
una cavità (6) nella gabbia di plastica.

Non inserire i manicotti a sfere
battendo col martello!
• Inserire a mano i manicotti a sfere
nel supporto.
• Allineare il foro di fissaggio al foro
del supporto (7).
c
Utilizzare soltanto viti di centrag-
gio Rexroth (8)!
F Le viti di centraggio possono esse-
re ordinate indicando il loro numero
identificativo.
• Avvitare la vite di centraggio (8)
e serrare con la relativa coppia di
serraggio M
.
A
• Se previsti, inserire gli anelli di tenuta
separati premendo.
• Se necessario, apportare altri fis-
saggi.
