3.2 Mounting open Standard
Linear Bushings in
housings
Part numbers:
R0630, R0631, R0632
• Open Standard Linear Bushings in
sizes 12 and 16 must be mounted
mirror-symmetrically (1) to prevent
them lifting from the shaft.
• Chamfer (3) or round off (4) the hous-
ing bore (2).
• Clean the housing.
Open Standard Linear Bushings for
shaft diameter 20 and up have a reten-
tion hole (5).

Do not knock the linear bushings
into place with a hammer!
• Insert the linear bushings into the
housing by hand.
3.2 Montage des douilles à
billes standard ouvertes
dans les paliers

• Les douilles à billes standard ouver-
tes des tailles 12 et 16 doivent être
montées symétriquement (1). Ceci
permet d'éviter qu'elles se décollent
des arbres en se soulevant.
• Chanfreiner (3) ou arrondir (4) l'alé-
sage du palier (2).
• Nettoyer le palier.
A partir de la taille 20, les douilles à
billes standard ouvertes sont munies
d'un trou de fixation (5).

Ne pas introduire les douilles
à billes en frappant dessus avec un
marteau !
• Introduire la douille à billes dans le
palier à la main.

sfere Standard aperti
nel supporto
Numeri identificativi:
R0630, R0631, R0632
• I manicotti delle grandezze 12 e 16
devono essere montati con disposi-
zione speculare come in figura (1),
allo scopo di evitare che vengano
scalzati dagli alberi.
• Smussare (3) o arrotondare (4) l'im-
boccatura del foro (2) nel supporto.
• Pulire il supporto.
I manicotti a sfere Standard aperti per
alberi con un diametro a partire da 20
hanno un foro di fissaggio (5).

Non inserire i manicotti a sfere
battendo col martello!
• Inserire a mano i manicotti a sfere nel
supporto.
