Part numbers: R0740, R0742,

• Check that the holes in the machine
table have been rounded or cham-
fered (1).
• Insert the shafts into the machine
table.
• Push the Linear Sets onto the shafts
with the flange side facing the
machine table. Take care not to tilt
them (2).
• Position the Linear Sets in the
machine table and loosely pre-mount
them (3).
• Push the shaft support blocks onto
the shafts, taking care not to tilt them
(4).

• Vérifier que les alésages du plateau
de la machine sont arrondis ou chan-
freinés (1).
• Introduire les arbres dans le plateau
de la machine.
• Introduire les Linear-Sets avec le côté
comportant la bride orienté vers le
plateau sur les arbres sans les blo-
quer (2).
• Positionner les Linear-Sets sur le pla-
teau de la machine sans les serrer
(3).
• Introduire les brides d'arbres sur les
arbres sans les bloquer (4).

Numeri identificativi: R0740, R0742,
R1000, R1001, R1056, R1081
• Controllare se i fori nella tavola della
slitta sono smussati o arrotondati (1).
• Infilare gli alberi nella tavola della
slitta.
• Calzare i Linear-Sets sugli alberi con
il lato lavorato della flangia rivolto
verso la tavola della slitta facendo
attenzione a non inclinarli (2).
• Inserire i Linear-Sets nella tavola della
slitta premontandoli senza serrare (3).
• Calzare i supporti d'estremità degli
alberi facendo attenzione a non incli-
narli (4).
