    5.5 Aufstellung, Montage Warnung Standort: ebene, feste, rutschfeste Fläche, nicht kippend und wackelnd, der Fuß des Gerätes muss vollständig aufstehen und ist mindestens 20 cm von der vorderen und hinteren Kante und 50 cm von der rechten und linken Kante der Arbeitsfläche zu platzieren. Über dem Gerät muss ausreichend Freiraum (mindestens 100 cm) zur Belüftung des Gerätes und als Brand- schutz vorhanden sein.

  • Page 31 6.2 Schnittstellen TOPITEC AUTOMATIC ® Für die einfache Dokumentation der Herstellungen können Sie einen SARTORIUS Datendrucker (Modell YDP20-0CE) an das TOPITEC ® AUTOMATIC anschließen. 1. Überprüfen Sie bitte zuerst, ob im Drucker die für den Anschluss notwendigen Einstellungen vorgenommen wurden. So ist die Baudrate auf 9600 einzustellen.
  • Page 32 6.3 Schutzbügel Beim Berühren des Schutzbügels wird das Mischsystem so fort gestoppt. Der Schutzbügel verhindert versehentliches Einklemmen zwischen Herstellungsgefäßen und der Werkzeugwellen- aufnahme während des Mischvorgangs. La barra di protezione evita l'incastro inavvertito tra i contenitori delle preparazioni e la presa dell'albero portautensili durante il processo di miscelazione. Se la barra di protezione viene attivata con un movimento verso l'alto del carrello ("premuta verso l'alto"), il processo di miscelazione viene subito interrotto.

De onderhoudsintervallen zijn gebaseerd op gegevens van de fabrikant van bijgekochte onderdelen en ervaringen van WEPA Apothekenbedarf GmbH & Co KG. 9.1.2 Controles • De netvoedingsleiding en de netschakelaar moeten voor de start van de werkzaam- heden worden gecontroleerd op goed vastzitten, goede aansluiting en op beschadigingen.
  • Page 322 9.3 Inspectie interval- werkingstests Om een efficiënte en veilige werking van uw TOPITEC ® AUTOMATIC-mengsysteem te waarborgen moet u periodiek uw mengsysteem op uiterlijke beschadigingen inspecteren, alsmede schakelaars en toetsen op de werking volgens de voorschriften controleren. Toetsen en schakelaars op de bedieningen moeten bij een eenploegendienst, 4 keer per jaar via een normale werkingstest worden gecontroleerd.

    6.3 Varnostni lok Ob dotiku varnostnega držala se mešalni sistem takoj ustavi. Varnostno držalo preprečuje, da bi prišlo do pomotnega stiska med posodico za pripravke in sprejemni valj za orodje v času mešalnega postopka. Če ob pomiku sani naprej aktivirate varnostno držalo ("ga pritisnete navzgor"), se mešalni postopek takoj prekine.
