The multicall function makes it possible to distinguish between different safety calls activated
at the same time and display these on a compatible end device for communication purposes.
As a result, nursing staff are able to prioritize calls and therefore decide which residents need
help most urgently. This is only possible if the nurse call system in question is able to read and
display individual calls.
