12. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

a) General Information
The current injection probe requires no servicing apart from replacing the battery from time
to time.
Repair or maintenance work must be carried out by a specialist.
To warrant accurate measurements of the current injection probe for an extended period, it
is recommended to have the device calibrated once per year.
b) Cleaning
Before cleaning the product, the connected lines must be disconnected from the current
injection probe and all objects to be measured. Switch off the current injection probe.
Use a soft, dry and clean cloth only for cleaning.
Do not push too hard on the display. This may cause scratches and damage the display.
Dust can be removed very easily using a soft, clean brush and vacuum cleaner.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions that may damage the
surface of the casing.
