Loading goods

Caution
Make sure that the goods are correctly
palletized and do not exceed the vehicle
permitted load capacity.
Place the stacker truck at a right angle
directly in front of the goods to be transported.
Push the forks as far in as possible
underneath the pallet.
The pallet/goods must steadily rest on the
fork.

Lifting loads

Now lift up the goods with the forks to
approx. 5 to 10 cm above the ground, and
make sure that the load is resting steadily on
the forks.
If you have larger goods that obstruct your
view, call a guide for help or drive backwards.

Unloading goods

When you reach the unloading point,
reduce speed.
Stop the stacker truck directly in front of the
unloading location.
Check the unloading location for its
condition, and make sure that the unloading
location is designed to carry the respective
load.
Correct the position of the stacker truck, if
necessary, until the desired unloading spot is
finally reached, and stop the stacker truck.
Make sure the stacker truck is positioned
properly.
Now slowly put down the goods. Make sure
that the goods stand securely.
Slowly reverse the stacker truck.
After you have freed the fork, return it to its
basic position (fork completely lowered).
