Make sure that the gas pressure spring gently
returns the drawbar to the upper position. This is
intended to prevent injury by the drawbar
moving too quickly.

Set key switch

Operate the emergency stop device. The
electromagnetic brake engages immediately.

Steering process


Steer the stacker truck using the drawbar.

If the stacker truck gets stuck at an
obstacle, do not apply more force than usual
during normal steering. Try to get loose by
carefully driving forwards and backwards while
carefully turning the steering wheel/drawbar.
Caution
You could lose control over the stacker truck if
you have oily hands or shoes.

Parking the stacker truck


Park the stacker truck at a safe, levelled
spot intended for parking.

Lower the fork to the end position.

Release the
automatically moves back into the parking
brake position.

Turn key switch to position 0.

If necessary, set the emergency stop.
Caution
Unauthorised driving. Danger of accidents.
Remove the key if you leave the stacker truck
unattended.

Driving on a slope

The goods to be transported should be pointing
upwards while driving on slopes.
When you release the drive switch, the stacker
truck will begin to roll. After a short time of approx. 2
seconds, the automatic brake goes on. This
prevents the stacker truck from rolling away on
slopes.
Caution
The braking power of the vehicle depends on
the condition of the floor or ground. The driver
must pay attention to this!
