Remove two screws (1) and take out the cover (2).
Remove the wiring harness and the battery cable.
Remove the battery (3).
To reassemble, proceed in the reverse order.

Checking the wheels

Replacing wheels

If a wheel is damaged, it must be replaced
immediately.
Please note that wheels must always replaced
in pairs, left and right. A difference in wear and
thus in the circumference of the wheels may
lead to instabilities.

Jack up the stacker truck with a hydraulic jack or
machine lifting device, until the wheels are off the
ground. Secure the position of the stacker truck
with firm wooden blocks. Loosen the screws and all
other fastening elements, and replace the wheels.
Then, retighten the screws using a torque wrench,
and reattach all other fastening elements. Please
refer to the enclosed
proper torques.

Checking the locking brake

When the stacker truck is switched off, the brake
must be able to brake the stacker truck.

Test of the directional control switch

The directional switch should switch smoothly in
both directions, forward and reverse, and should
return to the neutral position by itself when
released.
