Maintenance

The stacker truck is checked daily by the stacker truck driver for visible defects. Potential occurring defects must
be rectified immediately.
If the stacker truck is used excessively, the work area is soiled, or the stacker truck is worn more significantly
due to different circumstances, the maintenance intervals should be adjusted according to existing conditions.
In such cases, please contact HanseLifter for consultation.
If the stacker truck already shows signs of wear or irregularities prior to the upcoming maintenance/inspection
(e.g unusual noises, reduced or fluctuating performance), the faults should be rectified without delay, and the
inspection should be moved up, if necessary.

Maintenance summarized:

The stacker truck should be serviced and inspected at regular intervals.
It is common for inspections and maintenance work to be ignored. However, make sure that this is not
the case at your company.
Use spare parts provided by HanseLifter
Do not carry out repairs, if you have not been trained accordingly.
Always prepare an inspection report after each maintenance and repair work.
All maintenance and repair work must be documented in the maintenance log book.

Note

Clean electrical attachments with compressed air. Never use water.
Prior to starting work on your stacker truck, shut off the ignition and disconnect the contact to the
battery (unless you need the contact).
