Check all connections and spring pins
Check for signs of cracks or damage
Check signage and labels
Check hoods for tight and proper positioning, locking
and proper function
Fork arms
Check fork arms for proper stability and strength
Drive motor
Check slackness at the connections
Clean drive motor
Retighten fastening bolts
Check bearings for unusual noises
Gear box
Check for leaks
Check for unusual noises
Check guide bearing for proper fastening and
slackness
Change grease in the gearbox
Brake
Clean
Inspect brake disc for wear
Check brake for proper function
Wheels
Check wheels, remove dirt or foreign objects, if
necessary
Check the drive wheel for wear and the tightness of the
screws
