Porosities, leaks

Stop work and relieve the load on all hydraulic
circuits, if leaks of the hydraulic system are
observed during operation. Secure the lift table to
prevent unauthorised use. The repair must only be
carried out by trained service technicians.
Warning
Never work on lines that are under pressure.
Caution
Under no circumstances should work be carried
out on the hydraulic system as long as any
pressure remains in the hydraulic lines. Non-
compliance can cause serious accidents.

Damage to the stacker truck

If any damage to the stacker truck occurs during
operation and makes it impossible to continue work
safely, work must be stopped and the defect must
be corrected.
The correction of small defects, such as for
example the replacement of fuses, can quickly be
carried out on-site if the appropriate spare part is
available. Please note that the stacker truck must
be switched off to do so.
The stacker truck must be switched off and the
emergency stop button must be pressed prior to
any work on electrical components.

Blocking, jamming

If the lifting mast or
components get blocked due to jammed load or
similar, be very careful when you try to unjam the
blockage.
Secure the lifting mast against unintentional
lowering, if necessary.
Never go underneath lifted loads, or reach
between moving components!
Never apply force while undoing a jam. Safety is
first priority.

Repairs

Repairs must only be undertaken by trained service
technicians. Repairs
persons will nullify the warranty.
Furthermore, repairs like these may result in
serious errors and interruptions of the operation.

parts for repairs.

Drive and work

Caution
Prior to starting work, check the stacker truck
for proper function and defects. If safety
deficiencies are detected, notify a superior
without delay, and await further instructions.
In addition, keep an eye on the surroundings,
e.g. that no hazard source can be found in
close vicinity and that adequate ventilation is
ensured.
