Problem
a) Hydraulic
Cause

a) Reduce the
pump on the pres- pump vent screw,

Terminal box type 1:
Auto-Reset, once the motor has cooled down the pump will automatically switch
back on.
Terminal box type 3/5:
Once the motor has cooled down the reset-button must be pressed to reset the
Fault acknow- fault manually. The pump switch back on.

Terminal box type 2:
In case the WSK was connected to an external switching unit, the switching unit
must be reset.
Terminal box type 4:
After tripping the motor protection system, disconnect the mains voltage. Allow the
pump to cool off for 8 to 10 minutes then switch the voltage supply back on.
Motor is switched on but fails to run.
Motor protection has switched the pump off as a result of:
b) A blockage
b) Fully remove the c) Decrease the
check and rectify

of the shaft with a
screwdriver.
Alternative:
Disassemble the
motor head and
check;
unblock by turning
the impeller where
necessary. If the
blockage cannot be
removed, contact
Customer Services.
