Commercial small dust removers or industrial vacuum cleaners can be used for exhaustion.
Possible cause
• Saw blade blunt
• Feed is too great
• Motor protecting switch has tripped
• Saw blade is dull
• Saw blade is not suitable for the work step or
is dull
• No exhaust system connected
• Exhaust power too weak
• V-belt too loose or defect
• Saw blade is warped
• Saw blade not properly mounted
• Angle end stops not accurately adjusted

Removal
• Replace saw blade
• Allow motor to cool and proceed working
with less pressure
• Switch motor back on after cooling ("Motor
protection", page 19)
• Hold the workpiece firmly and switch the
motor off immediately. The have the saw
blade sharpened or renew
• Replace saw blade or have it sharpened
• Switch off saw, remove chips and connect
exhaust system
• Switch off saw, remove chips and increase
exhaust power (air velocity 20 m/sec at chip
exhaust neck).
• Contact an authorised customer service
workshop
• Replace saw blade
• Mount saw blade properly
• Align the saw blade in 90° and 45° exactly
right-angled to the saw table (see "45° and
90° fine adjustment")
