Reset / display error counters
1 Enter Basic programming, chapter Operation without customisa-
tion module. Select parameter LL.
2 Hold down the AUTORETURN button until SEr displays.
3 SEr will flash alternately with a number which is the error counter
divided by 10.
4 Reset the counter by pressing Ramp UP within 16 seconds.
5 A message will display to confirm the reset.
Now repeat steps 3 – 4 – 5 to reset the counters for settings A01,
A02 and A03.
At the end of the procedure, the display will read END; you now have
to reboot the controller.
Protection
Error A04: a button has been held down for more than 120 sec-
onds.
Error A06: the electric motor relay has been deactivated but a cur-
rent is still present.
Error A07: the thermal cutout has tripped because the motor has
been running continuously for longer than the time set
in parameter LF. A 10 minute pause will follow to al-
low the motor to cool down, at the end of which A07
will start flashing again. Now hold down the AUTORE-
TURN button for more than 30 seconds to reset the
error.
Error A08: a controller watchdog error has occurred. Contact the
manufacturer to have the hardware replaced.
On the tSt program
This program is used if you are not familiar with a ramp and you want
to operate it with a UDL2 controller.
For instance, suppose you wish to use a telescopic ramp: connect
it to the controller (valves and motor) and select the tSt program.
You can now check that the motor is operating properly by pressing
AUTORETURN. To check that the valves are properly hooked up,
use the Ramp UP, Extend lip and Retract lip buttons. For example,
if pressing Extend Ramp causes the ramp to raise, you must swap
the pair of wires connected to valve 1 (connector Y4 1-2) with those
connected to valve 2 (connector Y4 3-4), and so on. This allows the
UDL2's programs to operate correctly with the new ramp.

− electrical components
− lubricants.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE / SPARE PARTS /
ACCESSORIES
We specifically clarify that we neither carry out tests nor are we willing
to approve any spare parts and/or accessories not supplied by us.
The assembly and/or use of non-conforming products could
jeopardise control unit features pre-defined at the construction level,
which can reflect on safety.
The company declines all responsibility and disclaims any warranty
whatsoever for damages, if any, caused by using non-original spare
parts and/or accessories.
Defects that cannot be remedied internally are to be eliminated only
by the door manufacturer or another specialised company, from
