6. Montage - Démontage - Accès aux organes
• 6.1 Accès au moteur
• L'accès se fait par basculement du capot avant :
- enlevez le siège
- ouvrez le bac de ramassage
- ramenez la manette des gaz en position mini
- amenez le levier de hauteur de coupe en position 102
- dévissez les deux vis 1/4 de tour (photo 10 page 30)
- soulevez le capot en le faisant basculer vers l'avant
- maintenez en position ouverte à l'aide de la tringle (a) (photo 11 p.30)
• Si nécessaire le basculement du support siège est également possible :
- Agissez sur les deux loquets situés devant la batteire en
comprimant le ressort (photo 12 page 30).
- Basculez entièrement le support vers l'avant et relâchez les
loquets pour maintenir le support siège ouvert.
• 6.2 Accès au boîtier fusibles
• 6.2.1 MHHE (photo 13, page 30)
• Le boîtier à fusibles est situé derrière la batterie, sous le capot avant
pivotant.
6. Aufbau - Abbau - Zugang zu den verschiedenen
Maschinenteilen
• 6.1 Zugang zum Motor
• Der Motor wird durch das Öffnen der vorderen Abdeckung
zugänglich:
- entfernen Sie den Sitz
- bringen Sie den Graskorb in die Entleerungsstellung
- stellen Sie den Gashebel auf "MINI"
- stellen Sie den Schnitthöhenverstellungshebel auf Position 102
- drehen Sie die zwei Schrauben um 1/4 Umdrehung (Foto 10 Seite 30)
- kippen Sie die Abdeckung nach vorne
- halten Sie die Abdeckung mit Hilfe der Stange offen (a) (Foto 11 Seite 30)
• Bei Bedarf kann auch der Sitzträger hochgeklappt werden :
- Drücken Sie die zwei Riegel, die sich vor der Batterie
befinden, gegeneinander, so daß die Feder zusammengedrückt wird
(Foto 12 Seite 30).
- Klappen Sie den Sitzträger ganz nach vorne und lassen Sie
beide Riegel los, damit er in dieser Stellung arretiert wird.
• 6.2 Zugang zum Sicherungskasten
• 6.2.1 MHHE (foto 13, seite 30)
6. Assembly - Disassembly - Access to components
• 6.1 Access to the engine
• Access to the engine is gained by tilting the front cover forward:
- remove the seat
- open the grass box
- move the throttle lever to the "mini" position
- adjust the cutter height to position 102
- loosen the two screws by 1/4 turn (photo 10 page 30)
- raise the cover by tilting it forward
- use the rod (a) to hold the cover open (photo.11 page 30)
• If necessary, the seat stand may also be tilted forward:
- Open the two catches located in front of the battery by
pressing the spring (photo 12 page 30)
- Tilt the mount completely forward and release the catches to
hold the stand open.
• 6.2 Access to the fuse box
• 6.2.1 MHHE (photo 13 page 30)
The fuse box is situated behind the battery, underneath the front
cover.

- Fusible 1 : fusible du circuit de charge
- Fusible 2 : fusible de protection générale
- Fusibles 3 et 4 : fusibles de rechange

- Le boîtier à fusibles est situé devant la batterie, sous le capot pivotant.
- Il est équipé de 2 fusibles recouverts chacun d'un couvercle de
protection noir. (photo 13b) rep a

- Fusible b: fusible de protection générale
• 6.3 Accès à la boîte-pont hydrostatique.
• Pour accéder à la boîte hydrostatique, démontez les capots gauche
et droit.
• 6.4 Démontage du système de coupe
• Arrêtez le moteur et retirez la clé de contact. Avant de procéder au
démontage, protégez vos mains avec des gants de travail.
• Engagez le frein parking.
• Démontez le capot latéral droit et gauche :

- Sicherung 1 : Laststromkreissicherung
- Sicherung 2 : Zentrale Schutzsicherung
- Sicherungen 3 und 4 : Ersatzsicherungen
• 6.2.2 MKHE - MBHE (foto 13 b, seite 30)
- Der Sicherungskasten befindet sich vor der Batterie,unter der vorderen
Abdeckung.
- Er enthält 2 Sicherungenund wird mit einem Schutzdeckel abgedeckt .(a)
- Sicherung c : Laststromkreissicherung
- Sicherung b : Zentrale Schutzsicherung
• 6.3 Zugang zum hydrostatischen Getriebe
• Montieren Sie die rechte und die linke Abdeckung ab, um an das
hydrostatischen Getriebe zu gelangen.
• 6.4 Abbau des Mähsystems
• Stellen Sie den Motor ab und ziehen Sie den Zündschlüßel ab.
Schützen Sie Ihre Hände mit Arbeitshandschuhen.
• Legen Sie die Parkbremse ein.
• Nehmen Sie die zwei seitlichen Abdeckungen ab :

- Fuse 1 : charging system fuse
- Fuse 2 : general protection fuse
- Fuses 3 and 4 : Spare fuses
• 6.2.2 MKHE - MBHE (photo 13 b page 30)
- The fuse box is located in front of the battery, under the front cover. (a)
- It is equiped with 2 fuses. Each fuse is protected by a black cap
- Fuse c : battery charge fuse.
- Fuse b : General protection fuse.
• 6.3 Access to the hydrostatic box
• To gain access to the hydrostatic box, remove the right and the left
cover.
• 6.4 Removal of the cutter
• Switch off the engine and remove the ignition key. Isolate the
spark plug by removing the lead. Before removing the cutter, put
on protective gloves.
• Apply the parking brake.
• Remove the right and left side covers
