ST1 integrated board
It brings together the logical and
functional features of the SC1 and
SP1 boards, making it possible to
economise when a plant with just
one silo has to be handled.
This board, thanks to the SC1 logic
inside it, can handle up to 16 silos,
therefore making it possible to en-
large the plant gradually.
Software updating easy and eco-
nomical
As regards the internal logic of the
SC1 and ST1 boards, the software
can be easily and rapidly updated
using a portable PC, therefore
making it easy to use at the work
site, by simply connecting to the
COM port present on the boards.
The software can also be transmit-
ted by e-mail, ensuring fast, spe-
cific operations.
Self-diagnostics function of the
SC1 and ST1 boards
It makes it possible to test all the
outputs of the board concerned, so
that, in the event of a fault, it is pos-
sible to locate the fault, whether it
is in the control board or in one of
the various connections.
Greater safety against undesir-
able intrusion
The system is protected by means
of a four-digit electronic code en-
tered from the keyboard; all types
of access are refused unless the
system is enabled using the right
code, customised by the user.
Possibility of extension
A KCS system installed in a plant
to which additional silos are con-
nected can be easily extended at
any time. The initial system is sim-
ply extended using the compo-
nents supplied with the new silos,
up to a maximum of 16 silos.
Possibility of maintaining the
same cable connections, when
passing from the old KCS sys-
tem to the new
It is sufficient to replace the SP
boards with the new SP1 versions
and the SC board with the new SC1
board or the new ST1 board, keep-
ing the original cable connections
without, however, modifying the
connections; for the SP1 board,
even the same box can be re-
tained.

Integrierte Steuerung "ST1"
Vereint die logischen und funktionel-
len Eigenschaften von "SC1" und
"SP1", um die Steuerung bei Vor-
handensein nur eines Silos kosten-
günstiger zu gestalten.
Die Karte kann aufgrund der Logik
"SC1" in ihrem Inneren bis zu 16 Si-
los ansteuern und ist damit für ei-
nen späteren Ausbau der Anlage
geeignet.
Einfache und kostengünstige Ak-
tualisierung der Software
Was die Logik innerhalb der Karten
"SC1" und "ST1" betrifft, kann die
Software mit einem tragbaren Rech-
ner schnell und einfach vor Ort ak-
tualisiert werden. Dazu stellt man
eine Verbindung mit dem Anschluß
COM auf den Karten her. Die Soft-
ware kann außerdem per E-Mail
versandt werden, wodurch schnel-
le und zweckgebundene Eingriffe
gewährleistet sind.
Selbstdiagnosefunktion der Kar-
ten "SC1" und "ST1"
Ermöglicht die Prüfung aller Aus-
gänge der betreffenden Karte, so
daß bei einer Fehlfunktion ver-
ständlich wird, ob die Störung auf
der Steuerkarte oder an einem der
Anschlüsse zu suchen ist.
Höhere Sicherheit gegen unbefug-
te Eingriffe
Der Schutz des Systems erfolgt
durch einen vierstelligen elektroni-
schen Zugriffscode, der einzutippen
ist. Jeder Zugriff zum System wird
verhindert, wenn dieses nicht vor-
her durch den vom Benutzer ge-
wählten richtigen Code freigegeben
worden ist.
Erweiterungsmöglichkeit
Ein KCS System, das sich in einer
Anlage befindet, in der weitere Si-
los eingebaut werden, kann jeder-
zeit problemlos erweitert werden.
Das System wird lediglich um die
Komponenten erweitert, mit denen
die neuen Silos ausgestattet sind.
Es können maximal 16 Silos ange-
steuert werden.
Möglichkeit zur Beibehaltung der
gleichen Verkabelung beim Über-
gang vom alten zum neuen KCS
System
Es genügt, die Karten "SP" durch die
neuen Versionen "SP1" und die Kar-
te "SC" durch die neue Karte "SC1"
oder die neue Karte "ST1" zu erset-
zen. Die Verkabelungen können
unverändert beibehalten werden,
ohne die verschiedenen Anschlüs-
se ändern zu müssen. Für die Kar-
te "SP1" wird auch das gleiche Ge-
häuse beibehalten.
Carte intégrée "ST1"
Elle a toutes les caractéristiques
logiques et fonctionnelles des car-
tes "SC1" et "SP1", permettant
d'économiser quand il faut gérer
une installation avec un seul silo.
Cette carte, grâce à la logique
"SC1" qu'elle renferme, peut gérer
jusqu'à 16 silos, de manière à
agrandir la ligne graduellement.
Actualisation facile et économique
du logiciel
En ce qui concerne la logique qui
se trouve à l'intérieur des cartes
"SC1" et "ST1", le logiciel peut être
actualisé facilement et rapidement
en utilisant un PC portable; cela
permet aussi des interventions sur
chantier, en se reliant simplement
au port COM prévu sur les cartes;
le logiciel peut aussi être envoyé
par e-mail, afin de garantir des in-
terventions rapides et spécifiques.
Fonction d'autodiagnostic des
cartes "SC1" et "ST1"
Permet de tester toutes les sorties
de la carte en question et de com-
prendre, en cas de panne, si elle
se trouve sur la carte de contrôle
ou sur une des différentes con-
nexions.
Sécurité accrue contre les intru-
sions
La protection du système est réali-
sée grâce à un code électronique
à quatre chiffres. L'accès est inter-
dit dans tous les cas où le systè-
me n'est pas validé d'abord avec
le bon code, personnalisé par l'uti-
lisateur.
Possibilité d'extension
Un système KCS intégré dans une
installation à laquelle on ajoute
d'autres silos peut être agrandi à
tout moment sans aucun problème.
Le système initial est simplement
agrandi avec les compléments
fournis avec les nouveaux silos,
jusqu'à un maximum de 16 silos.
Possibilité de maintenir les mê-
mes câblages en passant du
vieux système KCS au nouveau
Il suffit de remplacer les cartes "SP"
par les nouvelles versions "SP1" et
la carte "SC" par la nouvelle "SC1"
ou "ST1", sans changer les divers
câblages, c'est-à-dire sans modi-
fier les différentes connexions;
pour la carte "SP1" même la boîte
ne change pas.

Reagrupa las características ló-

Dicha tarjeta, precisamente en
virtud de la lógica "SC1" que in-
cluye, puede controlar hasta 16
silos, permitiendo por lo tanto la
ampliación gradual de la insta-
lación.
Actualización software fácil y
económica
En lo que se refiere a la lógica
interna de las tarjetas "SC1", el
software puede ser actualizado
fácilmente y en modo veloz, uti-
lizando un ordenador portátil,
permitiendo así hacerlo incluso
en la obra, simplemente conec-
tándose con la puerta COM pre-
sente en las tarjetas; el software
además puede ser enviado por
e-mail, garantizando de este
modo intervenciones rápidas y
específicas.
Función de autodiagnóstico de
las tarjetas "SC1" y ST1"
Permite efectuar el test de todas
las salidas de la tarjeta en cues-
tión, en modo que, en caso de
fallo, resulte posible saber si la
anomalía está localizada en la
tarjeta de control o en una de las
diversas conexiones.
Mayor seguridad contra las in-
trusiones
La protección del sistema se lo-
gra con la obligación de intro-
ducción de un código electróni-
co de cuatro cifras; todo tipo de
acceso está inhibido si no se ha-
bilita el sistema con el código
personalizado del usuario.
Posibilidad de extensión
Un sistema KCS integrado en una
instalación, en la cual sucesiva-
mente se incorporan otros silos,
puede ser ampliado sin proble-
mas en cualquier momento. El
sistema inicial simplemente se
completa con los componentes
presentes en los nuevos silos,
hasta un máximo de 16.
Posibilidad de mantener los
mismos cableados pasando del
antiguo sistema KCS al nuevo
Basta sustituir las tarjetas "SP" con
las nuevas versiones "SP1" y la
tarjeta "SC" con la nueva tarjeta
"SC1" o bien con la nueva tarje-
ta "ST1", manteniendo los viejos
cables, sin necesidad por lo tan-
to de modificar las diversas co-
nexiones; para la tarjeta "SP1"
se mantiene también la misma
caja.
