1.3) SIREN CONNECTION
Connect the siren cables to termi-
nals 33 and 34.
N.B.: the siren must be at the same
supply voltage as SC1 or ST1
board.
1.4) EARTH CONTACT
Common for board and siren pow-
er supply.
1.5) CONNECTION BETWEEN
SC1/ST1 AND SP1 BOARD
Connect terminals 36 and 37 to the
respective terminals 36 and 37 in
the first or the only SP1 power
board present.
If there is more than one SP1 pow-
er board, the terminals 36 and 37
of the first SP1 power board must
be connected to the terminals 36
and 37 of the second SP1 and so
on up to the last SP1 power board.
Refit the terminal board of the SC1/
ST1 board in its seat.
Fit the cover on board SC1/ST1.
N.B.: as the SC1/ST1 board is al-
ways powered (even with the pan-
el "OFF"), it is advisable to fit a main
switch upline (min. 2 A).
1.6) MUSHROOM-HEADED
EMERGENCY PUSH-BUTTON
CONNECTION
On the SP1 board, the emergency
mushroom-headed push-button
must be connected to terminal
board J6, while on the ST1 board,
it must be connected to terminal
board J2; this terminal board is
present also on board SC1, but the
contacts are not enabled.
At the work site, the boards on the
silos are SP1 and ST1: the SC1
must be present only in the con-
trol room. To operate and block the
system, simply press the "STOP"
key. However, to install a mush-
room-headed emergency push-but-
ton on the SC1 board as well, make
sure that this button acts on the
mains supply, cutting it off when
pressed.

Die Leitungen der Hupe an die
Klemmen 33 und 34 anschließen.
Anm.: Die Hupe muß die gleiche
Versorgungsspannung wie die
Karte „SC1" bzw. die Karte „ST1"
haben.
1.4) KONTAKT "ERDE"
Gemeinsam für Stromanschluß
von Karte und Hupe.
1.5) ANSCHLUSS ZWISCHEN
KARTE "SC1"/"ST1" UND KAR-
TE "SP1"
Die Klemmen 36 und 37 mit den
dazugehörigen Klemmen 36 und
37 auf der ersten bzw. einzigen
Leitungskarte "SP1" anschließen.
Falls mehrere "SP1" Leistungstei-
le vorhanden sind, ist der An-
schluß zwischen den Klemmen
36 und 37 der ersten Leistungs-
karte "SP1" mit den Klemmen 36
und 37 der zweiten "SP1" und so
weiter bis zur letzten Leistungs-
karte "SP1" vorzunehmen.
Die Klemmenleiste der Karte
"SC1"/"ST1" wieder in ihre Aufnah-
me stecken.
Die Karte "SC1"/"ST1" schließen.
N.B.: Da die Karte "SC1"/"ST1"
immer spannungsführend ist
(auch wenn die Steuerung auf
"OFF" steht), sollte stromauf ein
Hauptschalter vorgesehen werden
(mind. 2 A).
1.6) ANSCHLUSS DER NOTAUS-
SCHLAGTASTE
Die Not-Aus-Schlagtaste muß auf
der Karte "SP1" mit der Klemmen-
leiste J6 verbunden werden, wäh-
rend sie auf der Karte "ST1" an der
Klemmenleiste J2 anzuschließen
ist. Diese Klemmenleiste ist auch
auf der Karte "SC1" vorhanden,
aber die Kontakte sind nicht frei-
gegeben.
Nur für die Karten "SP1" und "ST2"
ist der Anbau am Silo vorgesehen,
während das Steuerungsteil "SC1"
nur in der Schaltkabine installiert
werden sollte, um jederzeit ein-
greifen und das System abschal-
ten zu können. Dazu muß ledig-
lich die "STOP"-Taste gedrückt
werden. Wenn man dagegen auch
am "SC1" Steuerungsteil eine Not-
Aus-Schlagtaste einbauen will,
genügt es, daß die Not-Aus-
Schlagtaste auf die Netzversor-
gung wirkt und diese unterbricht,
sobald die Taste betätigt wird.

Relier les bornes 36 et 37 aux
bornes respectives 36 et 37 sur la
première et unique carte de puis-
sance "SP1".
S'il y a plusieurs cartes de puis-
sance "SP1", il faudra connecter
les bornes 36 et 37 de la premiè-
re carte de puissance v"SP1" avec
les bornes 36 et 37 de la deuxiè-
me carte de puissance "SP1" et
ainsi de suite jusqu'à la dernière
carte de puissance "SP1".
Remettre le bornier de la carte
"SC1"/"ST1" à sa place.
Refermer la carte "SC1"/"ST1".
N.B.: la carte "SC1"/"ST1" étant
toujours sous tension (même
quand le tableau est en positon
"OFF"), l'installation d'un disjonc-
teur général (min. 2A) en amont
est conseillée.
1.6) CONNEXION BOUTON
COUP-DE-POING D'ARRET
D'URGENCE
Sur la carte "SP1" le bouton d'ar-
rêt d'urgence doit être relié au
bornier J6, tandis que sur la carte
"ST1" il faut le relier au bornier J2;
ce bornier existe même sur la
carte "SC1", mais les contacts ne
sont pas validés.
En effet, sur chantier, les cartes
qui sont embraquées sur le silo
sont la "SP1" et la "ST1", alors que
la "SC1" devrait se trouver unique-
ment dans la cabine de comman-
de; pour intervenir et bloquer le
système il suffit d'appuyer sur la
touche "STOP". Un bouton d'arrêt
d'urgence installé même sur la
carte "SC1" doit simplement agir
sur l'alimentation du réseau, en la
coupant quand il est pressé.

Conectar los bornes 36 y 37 con
los respectivos bornes 36 y 37
presentes en la primera o única
tarjeta de potencia «SP1».
Si existe más de una tarjeta de
potencia «SP1» se deberá efec-
tuar la conexión entre los bor-
nes 36 y 37 de la primer tarjeta
de potencia «SP1» con los bor-
nes 36 y 37 de la segunda tarje-
ta de potencia «SP1» y así su-
cesivamente hasta la última tar-
jeta de potencia «SP1».
Volver a poner el bloque termi-
nal de la tarjeta "SC1" / "ST1" en
su respectivo alojamiento.
Volver a cerrar la tarjeta «SC1»
/ «ST1».
NOTA: estando la tarjeta «SC1»
/ «ST1» siempre bajo tensión (in-
cluso con el tablero en posición
"OFF") se aconseja de instalar
antes de ella un interruptor ge-
neral (mín. 2 A).
1.6) CONEXION PULSADOR DE
EMERGENCIA TIPO HONGO
En la tarjeta «SP1» el pulsador
de emergencia debe conectar-
se con el bloque terminal J6,
mientras que en la tarjeta «ST1»
deberá ser conectado con el blo-
que terminal J2; dicho bloque ter-
minal está también presente en
la tarjeta «SC1», pero en este
caso los contactos no están ha-
bilitados.
En efecto, en la obra, las tarje-
tas para las cuales está previs-
ta la presencia a bordo del silo
son la «SP1» y la «ST1», mien-
tras que la «SC1» debería estar
presente sólo en la cabina de
mando: para intervenir y blo-
quear el sistema basta pulsar la
tecla "STOP". Si de todos modos
se desea instalar un pulsador de
emergencia también en la tarjeta
«SC1», basta que dicho pulsa-
dor incida sobre la alimentación
de red, interrumpiéndola cuando
lo pulsamos.
