Use and maintenance ATOMIZER ON VISION MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE
5.1

GENERAL INFORMATION

For as it was manufactured, the machine described in this
booklet, does not require any special maintenance. To gain
maximum performance and to constantly have a machine in
perfect efficiency, certain precautions are necessary.
Below is a description of the main routine maintenance.
It is important to note that the lower cost of operation and the
maximum duration of the machine depend on the constant
and methodical compliance with these rules.
For any assistance issue and for any in-depth analyzes, the
local dealer or the Service Dept. of the Manufacturer must be
contacted.
DANGER: The various works of maintenance and
adjustment must be absolutely carried out with the
engine off and the machine well blocked.
5.2

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

DANGER: It is very important that the maintenance
and repair (if carried out) are performed only after
washing the machine circuit with clean water;
before operating in the tank, it is necessary to
wash its interior thoroughly with water; it is not
permitted to distribute paints and/or solvents, to
wash machinery and to use air for uses other than
the distribution of plant protection products; it is
forbidden to enter the tank.
- After the first 10 hours of work, check all the bolts tightening.
- Check that there are no fluid leaks from the pipes.
- Periodically check the state of wear of the hoses and, if worn
or broken, replace them.
WARNING: Avoid touching the damaged pipes
without protective gloves due to the risk of cor-
rosion and irritation.
- Clean the pump after use by running it for a few minutes with
clean water in order to avoid the formation of deposits that
could damage its proper operation.
- Replace the pump oil every 500 hours of work. To do this,
unscrew the oil drain plug and introduce the new oil from the
upper cap.
- After each treatment, wash the inside of the tank and the
entire circuit.
- Periodically check the cleaning of the suction and delivery
filters.

Routine maintenance
- Check the oil level in the pump tank.
- Pay attention to the use of chemicals that are particularly
harmful to the rubber compounds that can cause premature
rupture of the membranes.
- By carrying out treatments with copper hydroxide, great
care must be taken when cleaning the plant, washing it after
each treatment, as the hydroxide is aggressive with those
parts that are not painted or protected by hot dip galvanizing
WARNING: Keep lubricants and liquids out of the
reach of children. Always read the warnings and
precautions indicated on the containers carefully.
Avoid contact with skin. After use, wash thorou-
ghly. Treat used liquids in accordance with the
current anti-pollution laws.

5.2.1 PRODUCT TANK AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

WARNING: Avoid touching the damaged pipes
without protective gloves due to the risk of cor-
rosion and irritation.
Carry out the following works in a place equipped for the
collection of washing liquids.
- Check the filter (1 Fig. 9) and, if clogged, clean it with a jet of
water. If damaged or broken, replace it.
- Check the state of wear of the pipes and, if damaged or
broken, replace them.
- Check the tightness of the clamps on the pipes.
- Check the spray nozzles and, if worn or broken, replace
them.

5.3 SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

On page 68, the declaration for the scheduled maintenance to
be followed over time is reproduced in order to maintain the
atomizer preliminarily and in good efficiency.
The above in accordance with the provisions of the item A.3.6
of the PAN (National Action Plan for the sustainable use of
plant protection products)
