AFTER USE

WARNING: Read carefully the paragraph titled
«2.4 Safety during the use of plant protection
products» for information regarding safety mea-
sures to be taken into account at the end of each
treatment. Rinse the work circuit at the end of
each treatment by first cleaning the inside of the
machine and then the external one so as to elimi-
nate the quantity of water and products present
in the pipes and on the surface.

4.5.1 WASHING THE ATOMIZER

DANGER: Handle chemical products and all com-
ponents containing them using suitable personal
protective equipment.
After each treatment, carefully clean the equipment, cle-
aning it with water inside and out. Dirty equipment is very
dangerous for people and especially for children. Clean
the machine in the same place where the fills are perfor-
med or in a site where the water is collected in a disposal
pit.
Avoid uncontrolled discharge of mixing residues into wa-
terways, sewers and public areas.
Drain the residual liquids through the cap at the base
of the tank (5 Fig. 16) after placing a collection con-
tainer under the tank.
The remaining and rinsing liquids must be returned to the
tank to be redistributed in the field.
At the end of the wash, stop the diaphragm pump.
After washing (if the period is at risk of freezing), insert
about 500 grams of normal machine antifreeze into the
tank and run the pump for a few minutes.
