Use and maintenance ATOMIZER ON VISION MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE
3.1

TRANSPORT

Should it be necessary to transport the machine over a long
period, this can be loaded on trucks or other appropriate means
of transport.
DANGER: Loading can be very dangerous if not
performed with the utmost care. Before loading,
then, remove the unauthorized persons, clear and
delimit the area in which the work takes place, and
verify the integrity and suitability of the means of
transport available.
It must also be ascertained that the area in which one acts, is
clear and that there is a sufficient "escape space", that is, a free
and safe area, in which one can move rapidly in the event that
the load fall. Before loading, check that inside the body of the
transport vehicle there is sufficient space to accommodate the
combination of the machines to transfer.
DANGER: The area on which you want to load the
machine must be level ed to prevent the possible
movement of the load. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO LOAD
THE MACHINE ON THE MEANS OF TRANSPORT
WITH THE FULL PRODUCT TANK.

3.1.1 LOAD WITH RAMPS

To load the machine on the means of transport, it is necessary
to have adequate loading ramps. These loading ramps must
have a capacity of at least 500 kilograms each, must be at least
50 cm wide, have the side edges raised by at least 5 cm, such
that the inclination does not exceed 15°/20° with respect to
the one at the edge of the horizon and must be equipped with
a coupling system to the means of transport.
- The means of transport must have the engine switched
off, the gear engaged and the parking brake applied.
- Start the machine following the instructions in the in-
struction booklet supplied with the machine.
- Carrying out the load with the ramps, proceed to load
by driving the machine at reduced speed, thus paying
attention and taking the ramps correctly.

3.1.2 LOADING WITH A CRANE OR A BRIDGE CRANE

If a lifting system with ropes is used, use a bridge crane or a
crane with a suitable lifting beam hooking it as shown in Fig. 6.
The use of inadequate lifting equipment can cause damage

or accidents to the personnel in charge of the operation and
damage to the machine
ROPES. Inspect the ropes before using them: they must
not show damage, broken wires or signs of wear. Do not
twist or tie the ropes and follow the instructions for use
indicated by the rope manufacturer.
After making the transport and before releasing the machine
from all constraints, verify that its status and position cannot
be dangerous.
Then remove the ropes and unload with the same means and
methods used for loading.
DANGER: Do not touch suspended loads and
stay at a safe distance; during transport, loads
must not be lifted more than 20 centimeters from
the ground.
CAUTION: After loading the machine, fasten it
firmly to the surface on which it is resting with
ropes or chains tightened to block any possible
movement.
