FAN GROUP (Fig. 11)
The atomizer ON has a fan at high speed rotation protected
by a grid (1 Fig. 11).
It is necessary to pay attention to the effects that this can
cause: such as the aspiration and projection of foreign bodies
that, although small, can be dangerous especially for the eyes
and the face.
In the upper part of the fan there are two deflectors (one on
the right and one on the left - 3 Fig. 11), which can be adjusted
using the two knobs (2 Fig. 11) and which are used to define
the air flow direction and therefore to direct the sprayed pro-
duct more precisely. In the lower part of the delivery port of the
fan there are two fixed flow direction conveyors (4 Fig. 11).

BEFORE USE

WARNING: Before starting up the machine, the
Operator must have read and understood all the
sections of this manual (as well as the machine
manual) and in particular what is reported in
«Section 2» dedicated to safety. Furthermore,
before starting work, check that the machine is
in order and that all the items subjected to wear
and deterioration are fully efficient.

4.2.1
PREPARATION AND FILLING OF THE
PRODUCT TANK
DANGER: Chemicals are harmful by inhalation and
contact. Always use protective clothing. In this
regard, carefully read the paragraph "2.4 Safety
during the use of plant protection products".
4.2.2

FILLING THE TANK

Before filling, make sure the tank is perfectly intact and in par-
ticular that all pipe connections are well fixed.
Also make sure that the filter (1 Fig. 9) is well cleaned. If ne-
cessary, clean it.
It is possible to highlight a blockage due to the irregular opera-
tion of the pressure gauge (5 Fig. 10).
The tank is filled through the hatch with the presence of a
basket filter (1 Fig. 12) with 1 mm mesh. All this must be car-
ried out following the immersion of the filling tube in the liquid
inside the tank, without filling the tank to the edge of the hatch.
The sprayer tanks for crop protection treatments, in considera-
tion of the protection of people, animals and the environment,
must be filled only indirectly with clean water and only with free
fall from water pipes.
The filling tube must never come into contact with the liquid
inside the tank and therefore must always let the water fall
over the upper edge of the filling opening and through the filter
therein.
The tank has a graduated band (2 Fig. 9) which shows the
exact amount of liquid inside for transparency. Said detection
specifies whether the tank is on a level surface; the total effec-
tive capacity coincides with the last number at the top.
Filling must be carried out with the machine on
a leveled surface. At the workplace, before the
operation, the doses or mixtures to be poured
into the tank must be prepared.
4.2.3

MIXING

The product can be mixed using the agitator placed inside the
tank (3 Fig. 9) before and during treatment. Good mixing and
agitation are at the base of a correct distribution on the crop.
Mix the active ingredient manually before introducing it into
the tank.
To operate only the agitator, it is necessary to turn the tractor
power take-off to medium speed, keeping only the agitator tap
open and maintaining the pressure between 10 and 25 bars,
verifiable by the pressure gauge located in the control unit. In
