Problem
Motor does not work.
The motor works, but
the dehydrator does
not produce heat.

Cause
Badly inserted plug in the outlet.
The outlet has no power.
Damaged power cord.
Activation of the thermal fuse
against overheating.
Solution
Check the outlet connection.
Check for voltage by e.g. using another
appliance.
Have it tested and repaired in an authorized
service center.
Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Allow the appliance to cool. If the dehydrator
will not start heating up after cooling,
contact an authorized service center.
