TROUBLESHOOTING

Trouble
The engine does not start with the ignition
key.
The engine stops during operation.
The machine does not move when pressing
the drive pedal and the warning light (76)
flashes.

Possible cause
The engine oil level is too low.
The fuel does not reach the carburettor.
The air control is in standard position.
The spark plug does not produce a spark.
The F3 and/or F0 fuse is open.

The drive pedal has been pressed before or at
machine start-up.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Check the engine oil level and top up. (*)
Check that the fuel tap is open (Petrol).
Check that the tank safety valve is open
(LPG).
Turn the lever to cold start position.
Check or replace the spark plug. (*)
Check/replace the fuses.
Recharge with a proper battery charger.
Check and release the emergency push-
button.
Check the engine oil level and top up. (*)
Clean the fuel filter. (**)
Start up the machine without pressing the
drive pedal.
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
If the trouble persists, contact the Service
Center.
Check and release the parking brake.
Lower the hopper to the end-of-stroke.
Decrease the main broom pressure on the
floor.
Avoid driving uphill for long.
Turn off the working lights.
If the problem persist, maybe it is necessary to
calibrate the engine rpm. (**)
Turn off the engine each time the machine is
stopped.
If the problem persist, maybe it is necessary to
calibrate the engine rpm. (**)
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
Check the condition of the main broom (debris
that slows down the broom or excessive
pressure on the ground).
Wait for the main broom motor to cool down,
then replace the fuse.
