Description
Hexagon nut M 8
Gasket Ø 8mm
Washer Ø 8mm
Hexagon nut M 8, self-locking
Additionally we recommend a foam rubber base for the
reduction of vibrations and noise. It is not contained in the scope
of delivery.
Place the saw in a place that fulfils the following conditions:
secured against slipping
free of vibrations
even
free of tripping hazards
adequate light
Before each use, check
− Connection cables for defects (cracks, cuts, etc.)
Do not use any defective cables
− die Sägeblattschutz auf ordnungsgemäßen Zustand
− that the saw blade is in a perfect condition
Do not use any cracked saw blades or those that have
changed their shape.
Commissioning
Mains connection
Compare the voltage given on the machine model plate e.g. 230
V with the mains voltage and connect the saw to the relevant
and properly earthed plug
Alternating current motor:
Use a shockproof plug, mains voltage 230 V with residual
current circuit breaker and 10 A inert fuses.
Use connection cable or extension cable respectively with a
cross section of at least 1 mm².
Switch on
Do not use any device where the switch can not be
switched on and off. Damaged switches must be repaired or
replaced immediately by the customer service.
Press the green button ( I ) on
the switch.
Quantity
If there is a power cut, the

machine switches off automati-
cally. To switch on again, first

press the red and then the green
4
button.

Switching off

Press the red button ( 0 ) on the switch.

Adjusting the saw

Replacing the saw blade
Do not use any cracked saw blades or those that have
changed their shape
Only use well-sharpened saw blades
1. Turn quick clamp (17) to the left to release the saw blade
(9).
2. Screw off the side covering (7).
3. Release screw (page 3, fig. F).
Push down the upper saw blade mounting (10) and

pull out the saw blade.
5. Release screw of the lower saw blade mounting (11).
Pull out the saw blade and take it out upwards
through the table insert (18).
6. Install the new saw blade in reverse order.
Insert the saw blade always in that way that the teeth
show in direction of the saw table.
7. Clamp the saw blade by turning the quick clamp (17) to the
right (clockwise).
Saw blade can also only be hang up into the saw
blade mounting, when provided with a pin (a) (page 4,
fig. H).
Adjust pitch
Adjusting between 0° - 45°, page 4 (I)
1. Release the set screw (3).
2. Incline the saw table to the left until the required angle is
indicated on the angle scale (4) (0° - 45°).
3. Tighten the set screw (3) again to fix the adjusted angle.

Before replacing the saw blade remove the
plug from the mains.
Replacing the saw blade
The table insert must not be set to the inclined position
when the blade is turning. The motor must be switched
off first.
