Alarm A40
Description UPS stopped due to the operation of the protection sensor as a result of
high sudden DC voltage variations under the limits.
Possible
 DC bus voltage problem.
causes
Solutions 1. Check that there aren't short circuit in DC bus.
2. Verify the status of the UPS.
3. Verify the battery blocks.
4. Verify the DC voltage value.
5. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A41
Description The DC current is over the limits.
Possible  The UPS detected the DC current out of limits and switch off the
causes
Solutions 1. Check that there aren't short circuit in DC bus.
2. Check the battery current sensor.
3. Check the battery blocks.
4. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A42
Description Failure of the redundant auxiliary power supply.
Possible  Internal fault.
causes
Solutions 1. Contact our Technical Support Service.
Alarm A43
Description UPS output current sensor has detected the peak current.
Possible  Load problem.
causes
 Measuring circuit failure.
Solutions 1. Check the peak of the output current.
2. Check the output current sensor.
3. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
