A36 DC FASTSHUTDOWN
Inverter shutdown due to the operation of the protection sensor as a
result of sudden DC voltage variations.
 Battery fault.
1. Check the battery.
2. Reset the system.
3. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
A37 OCBD OPEN
The output distribution isolator is open. Only on system with
centralized Bypass.
 Output distribution isolator open.
1. Check the status of the output distribution isolator.
2. Check the functionality of the auxiliary contact of the isolator.
3. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
A38 INVERTER --> LOAD
The load is fed by the inverter. This alarm is active for UPS systems in
"ECO" mode, where the preferential supply is from the bypass line.
 Temporary changeover due to bypass line failure.
1. Verify the status of the bypass line and check whether other
alarms are present.
2. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
A39 RECTIFIER DESATURATION
The booster is blocked due to the operation of the desaturation sensor
of the IGBT drivers.
 Booster bridge fault.
1. Reset the system.
2. If the alarm persists, contact our Technical Support Service.
