CAUSE
◾
Check chain tension for over-
tightened condition.
◾
Chain oil tank is empty.
◾
Debris in guide bar groove.
SOLUTION
◾
Re-tension the saw chain following
the section "ADJUSTING THE
CHAIN TENSION" until the chain is
correctly tensioned.
◾
Fill the tank with bar and chain
lubricant.
◾
Clear the debris from the groove.
