Order of ingredients
The order in which you add ingredients to the baking pan is important for the fermenta-

2. Then add fl our.
3. Make a small depression in the fl our in one corner, add the salt and then cover the
depression with fl our.
4. Make another depression in the opposite corner, add the yeast and then cover the
depression with fl our.
Notice: Make sure that the salt and yeast do not mix right at the beginning. If the salt
mixes with the yeast too early, this may negatively affect the fermentation properties
of the bread.
