2. In order to manually start the baking programme, you only have to press the Start/
Stop button. The Power light will illuminate and the device will promptly begin the
baking process. The time remaining until the programme ends will be shown on the
display.
While the programme is running, an arrow on the display will indicate in which phase
the programme is (Preheating, Kneading, Resting etc.).
3. If programmes 1, 3, 4, 6 or 8 have been selected, a signal will sound after appro-
ximately 20 minutes and the automatic ingredient dispenser will add ingredients to
the dough or you can add other ingredients using the ingredients dispenser. This is
important if your recipe plans for additional ingredients like dry fruits, seeds, nuts,
spices, chocolate chunks etc.
NOTE: Never use the Start/Stop button to interrupt the bake programme in order to
add other ingredients. Pressing the Start/Stop button aborts the bake programme!

Programme end

Once the programme has ended, the countdown on the display is set to 0:00 and
signals will sound to indicate that the programme has ended.
Most bake programmes start the Heating programme immediately after baking.
This programme runs for no more than 1 hour. Once one hour has elapsed, signals
will sound every 5 minutes in order to indicate the end of the programme. NOTE:
After the Heating programme has ended, don't leave the bread in the device. Other-
wise the crust will be soft.
1. After the programme end, push the Start/Stop button.
2. Remove the power plug from the socket.
3. Open the lid.
4. Remove the baking pan by pulling it up and out of the device. NOTE: The baking
pan is hot! Be absolutely sure to use kitchen gloves!
5. Take the bread out of the baking pan and let it cool off on a grate.
6. If the dough hooks are still stuck in the bread, use the dough hook remover to remo-
ve them once the bread has cooled off completely.
7. Let the device cool off after the programme end before you use it again, clean or
stow it. NOTE: If you would like to use the device again, you should let it cool off
completely. If the error message E01 or E00 appears on the display after turning
on the device, the device is still too warm. In this case, remove the baking pan along
with the food from the device, turn the device off and let it continue to cool off.
