Attach crossfeed stop to the table top of the saw.
1. First place the stop bracket on the guide rail and
fasten the clamp screw (7).
2. Push the crossfeed stop (8) into the groove (6) on the
table top of the saw (5).
3. Loosen the screws (29) and push the stop ruler (2)
into place.
4. Tighten the screws (29).
Setting the angle
Loosen the clamping screw (7) of the transverse stop by
turning. You can now set the stop to the required angle.
Turn the clamping screw tight again.
Fitting and adjusting the longitudinal stop
Fit the longitudinal stop to the saw table plate.
The longitudinal stop (1) can be installed on the left or
right of the saw blade.
Setting the angle Loosen the clam-ping screw of the
transverse stop by turning.
Prepare a test cut after each adjustment step to verify the set
measurements.
Working with the saw
Before starting to work consider the following safety advices
to keep the risk of injuries as small as possible.
Protective guard, splitting wedge and saw blade ok?
Saw blade sharp?
Stoppers (fences) ready for use and pushstick to hand?
Workplace tidied?
You may not start to operate the machine until you have
read these operating instructions, observed all the
instructions given and installed the machine as described!
Before making adjustments to the saw settings (e.g.
replacing the saw blade etc.)
− Switch off device
− Wait for standstill of the saw blade
− Pull out power plug
Also, note the following important points:
Place yourself outside of the area of danger.
Place your hands flat on the workpiece with fingers closed.
With it, lead the work piece with the hand only up to the
leading edge of the saw blade protection.
Never remove loose splinters, chips, or similar by hand.

instructions given on p. 17

Maintenance and cleaning

Further maintenance and cleaning works than described in this
chapter shall only be carried out by the manufacturer or
companies named by the manufacturer.
For maintaining and cleaning, removed security devices must
unconditionally be mounted properly and proved again.
Use only original parts. Other parts can result in unexpected
damages and injuries.
Cleaning

Push the workpiece forward with both hands, in the area
of the saw blade, use the pushstick (15)
When working on very flat and narrow workpieces (Width
30 mm and less) use the lower guide are of the fence (2).
Use a piece of wood (d) (not included in the delivery!) to
push the workpiece against the guide bar.
1. Loosen parts 21.
2. Remove the stop ruler from the length stop and turn it
around.
3. Push the stop ruler in place again and retighten parts
21.
With the flat of the hand and the fingers closed, push the
work piece to be cut along the stop.

Push the cross stop (6) into the guide groove in the table and
set it to the desired angle.
Loosen parts 29 and insert the stop ruler (2) into the
crossfeed stop (6). Retighten parts 29.
Place the workpiece to be cut against the stop rails.
Hold the workpiece firmly in place and push it past the saw
blade using the transverse stop. Use the pushing bar if
necessary.

You can use the angle stop (14) for 45° cuts.
1. Place the angle stop on top of the parallel stop.
2. Adjust the parallel stop to the desired measurement.
3. Insert the workpiece into the angle stop.
4. Push the workpiece forward together with the angle
stop.
Before each maintenance and cleaning work
− Switch off device
− wait for stop of chain saw
− Pull out power plug
Observe the following to maintain the functionality of the
saw.
Do not wash down device with water.
