C. THE HELMET
INSTALLING AND REMOVING THE VISOR PANE
The EasyChange visor mechanism makes it quick to change visor panes
without the need for tools. It is helpful when changing the visor pane to
place the helmet on a level surface or, if you are sitting, to place it in your lap.
Removing the Visor Pane
1. Push the visor up to the top position.
2. Push the spring element under the
visor mechanism towards the visor
opening. Now push the spring element
on the opposite side
3. Move the visor up until it disengages
from the visor mechanism.

Fitting a Visor Pane
1. Guide the snap-in pins of the visor into
the slots provided for them in the visor
mechanism.
2. Apply a gentle pressure towards the
helmet while also moving the visor
towards the closed position until the
visor engages audibly in place.
3. Check that the visor mechanism is
properly functioning by opening the
visor to its fully open position.
Warning:
Riding without a visor or with the visor open can result in damage to
the eyes and face from stones, dust, insects or similar. A lowered sun
visor can provide a degree of protection but cannot prevent all risks.
Warning:
Never use tinted visors in poor visibility conditions or when riding at
night or in tunnels.
