C. THE HELMET
1. STANDARD
The C3 satisfies the ECE-R 22.05 motorcycle helmet standard. This test
standard guarantees that defined safety standards will be maintained with
regard to shock absorption, penetration resistance, lateral stiffness, the
restraint system and the field of vision. The approval under this standard is
valid for the countries of the European Union and all countries that recognize
the ECE standard and the insurance conformity required in the event of
damage.
Please note that this C3 with ECE approval has been optimized for the ECE
standard and may only be used in countries in which the ECE standard holds
validity. It is therefore not approved for use in countries not governed by this
standard, in particular the USA and Canada.
Caution:
For use in the USA or Canada, only SCHUBERTH helmets may be used that
have the appropriate approvals and technical specifications. You can find out

4. OUTER SHELL

The helmet outer shell of the C3 combines an optimized aerodynamic shape
with rigorous protection. It is made from S.T.R.O.N.G. fiber, a material that
lends the helm the high strength necessary for your protection.
Warning:
The helmet is designed to absorb the effect of only one shock or
impact. The helmet must therefore be replaced after any fall, accident
or other exposure to high forces.
