3.4.1 - Three-phase machine from 400 Volt-50 Hz and three-phase
machines from 230 Volt - 50 Hz
With these set ups the machine is provided with a feeding cable with a 4x1 section
and a length of about 1.5 meters. Connect the cable to the three-phase supply
mains interplacing a 16 Ampere magnetothermic differential switch.
3.4.2 - Single-phase machine from 230 Volt-50 Hz
With this set up the machine is provided with a feeding cable with a 3x1.5 section
and a length of about 1.5 meters.
Connect the cable to the 230 Volt—50 Hz single-phase supply mains interplacing a
16 Ampere magnetothermic differential switch.
In set ups with voltages different from those mentioned consult the manufacturer.
If the feeding cable must be extended use a cable with the same section as the
one installed by the manufacturer.
To check if the electrical connection is correct see paragraph 5.1.

Controls

4.1 - List of controls

Stop/start up pushbutton panel

It enables turning on and turning off the machine.
A Start push button: it permits the plug to move forward;
when it is selected it is marked by a lit indicator.
B Stop push button: it stops the plug from moving
forward when it is moving.
Note: the forward movement of the plug is controlled by
the mechanical command pedal. The start push button
indicates only that the machine is ready to work.
2 - Speed adjustment tap
This tap acts on the valve located in the hydraulic circuit.
Turning it clockwise lowers the plug pushing speed; turning it counter-clockwise
increases the speed.
3 - Command pedal (fig. 4.1.2)
The pedal is mechanical.
The forward movement of the plug towards the exit funnel is deter-
mined by exerting pressure downwards after having pressed the
start button.
On the contrary, pushing the pedal up blocks the it thus determi-
ning the return stroke of the plug.
