General

This manual contains all instructions for the installation, startup, maintenance, and repair of
the diaphragm metering pumps in the ELADOS
Safety warnings and key information which are specially highlighted must be observed
in all cases!


NOTE
1.1

Series of EBS numbers

Both item numbers and EBS numbers are shown in this user's manual. EBS numbers are
ECOLAB's internal item numbers and are used internally within the group.
1.2

Scope of warranty

A warranty concerning operating safety, reliability and performance of this version will only be
given by the manufacturer under the following conditions:
•
All assembly, connection, calibration, service and repair activities must be performed by
authorised and trained technical personnel.
•
The diaphragm metering pump must be used according to instructions given in the user's
manual included in the scope of delivery.
•
Only original equipment spare parts are to be used for repairs.
•
Any right to claim under warranty will be lost if the pump housing is opened.
