PERSONALISING THE ELECTRONIC MONITOR.-
CHANGING THE ON-SCREEN LANGUAGE.-
The electronic monitor can be personalised so that the instructions appear in different languages.
From the Main Menu (Screen 2) select the desired language of
the country by clicking on the corresponding flag.
If the desired language is not shown on the screen, press the
left or right arrows to show more languages.
After pressing the flag, wait a few seconds to see the language
change.
KEYPAD INSTRUCTIONS. -
In addition to the touch-screen, the machine also has a keypad, Fig.4, which can be used to control the
main functions of the treadmill.
1.- Incline :

These keys can be used during exercise to increase or decrease the incline of the machine from a low
of 0.1% to a maximum of 15%.

2.- Quick Start:

- Pressing this key while at the main menu will start the machine after a 3 second count-down and at an
initial speed of 0.8km/h (0.5 mph).

Pressing this key while in PAUSE mode will restart the treadmill until it reaches the speed at which it
was at the time when the break started.
3.- Stop:
Pressing this key once during exercise will enter PAUSE mode.

Pressing this key a second time while in PAUSE mode will end the exercise, displaying the on-screen
message RUN END and then showing the training statistics.
4.- Speed - / +:
- These keys can be used during exercise to increase or decrease the speed in steps of 0.1 km/h, from a
minimum of 0.8 km/h up to a maximum of 25 km/h. (0.5 - 15.6 mph).
5.- Incline hotkeys:
- Pressing these keys during exercise changes the angle of inclination depending on the key pressed.
6.- Speed hotkeys:
- Pressing these keys during exercise changes the speed depending on the key pressed.
7.- Emergency stop:
- Pressing this key during exercise stops the treadmill immediately.
